Adzyn AI — Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 20, 2026

Adzyn AI (“Adzyn AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides an AI‑powered marketing platform that helps businesses (“you”, “Customers”) generate on‑brand content, schedule and publish to social networks, plan and run advertising across multiple platforms, capture and manage leads, and analyse performance. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices and rights you have. By using Adzyn AI, you agree to the practices described here.

Data controller. Isky Information Technology is the entity responsible for, and that controls, the personal data processed through Adzyn AI — including any Platform Data made available to us by Meta and other connected platforms. Registered address: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us about data matters at [email protected].

1. Information we collect

Account & identity

Your name, email address, country, password (stored hashed), and role. For billing, we collect your subscription and payment status; card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.

Brand & content data

Information you add about your brands — name, website, category, location, languages, colours, logo, products and services, descriptions, prices, images, and the briefs and content (captions, images, videos) you create or generate with our tools.

Leads & CRM data

Contact details and messages captured from lead forms, website widgets, and connected channels (e.g. Meta Lead Ads, WhatsApp) that you choose to integrate, so you can manage and follow up with prospects.

Usage & technical data

Log data such as IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, actions taken, and timestamps, used to operate, secure, and improve the service.

2. Connected social & advertising accounts

When you connect an account (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Snapchat, Google Business, or the corresponding ad platforms), you authorise us through that platform’s official OAuth flow. With your permission we access and store, via the platform’s API, only what is needed to provide the service, which may include: access and refresh tokens, your pages/profiles and linked business accounts, ad accounts, published content, audience and performance metrics, and (where you enable it) lead and message events. We act on your behalf and only for the features you use. You can disconnect any account at any time, which revokes our ongoing access.

3. How we use information

4. AI processing & service providers

To deliver our features we use trusted third‑party processors who handle data on our instructions, including: AI model providers for text, image and video generation; our payment processor for billing; cloud hosting and object storage for your media; and the social and advertising platforms you connect. We share with them only what is necessary to perform the requested function, and we do not permit them to use your content to train their models where an opt‑out is available to us.

5. Platform data & limited use

Our use of information received from third‑party platforms adheres to each platform’s developer terms and policies, including the Meta Platform Terms, the Google API Services User Data Policy (including its Limited Use requirements), and the terms of TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Snapchat, and YouTube’s API Services (including the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy). We use platform data solely to provide and improve user‑facing features, do not sell it, and do not use it for advertising unrelated to your own campaigns.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only: with the service providers described above; with the platforms you explicitly connect (to publish, advertise, or sync on your behalf); when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and in connection with a business transfer (e.g. merger or acquisition), subject to this policy.

7. Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it. You can delete brands, content and connected accounts at any time from within the app.

8. Security

We use industry‑standard safeguards including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls, and secure storage of credentials and tokens. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

9. Your rights & choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent. You can manage much of this directly in the app (edit your profile, brands and content, or disconnect accounts), or contact us to exercise any right.

10. Data deletion

You may delete data at any time in the app, or request full deletion of your account and associated data by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion”. Disconnecting a platform account immediately revokes our access and removes its stored tokens. We will action verified deletion requests within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

11. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to secure the service, and limited analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

12. International transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than yours. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for such transfers.

13. Children

Adzyn AI is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice.

15. Contact us

If you have questions or requests regarding this policy or your data, contact us at [email protected].

This policy is provided for transparency about our data practices and does not constitute legal advice.
